Rooted in Korean heritage and shaped by life across multiple countries, Angela has spent her career exploring how food brings cultures together. From opening Danjee in Sydney's CBD to Korean–Italian fusion projects, her cooking is all about playful, cross-cultural flavour.
At K-Town she brings one of Korea's most iconic experiences, chi-maek, to Newtown Hotel – sharing the fun, flavour and community spirit of Korean food culture with her new neighbourhood.
